Students of The School of The Georgia Ballet to Perform “Sleeping Beauty”

The Georgia Ballet (GAB) is set to showcase the talents of the students from The School of The Georgia Ballet with their production of "Sleeping Beauty." The performance, scheduled for May 4th at 2pm and May 5th at 3pm, will take place at the Jennie T. Anderson Theatre near Marietta Square.

According to the announcement, this rendition of the beloved storybook classic is tailored for audiences of all ages. Featuring a condensed version of Sleeping Beauty, the production includes charming narration to help young viewers follow along with the storyline while enjoying the graceful dances on stage.

In a statement, the school expressed pride in the students' dedication throughout the year, culminating in this special performance. The hour-long show, accompanied by narrations, aims to transport the audience into the enchanting world of Princess Aurora's timeless tale.

After the performance, attendees will have the opportunity to enhance their experience by taking pictures with Princess Aurora in the lobby. The princess is looking forward to meeting all the young princes and princesses from Marietta, GA, creating unforgettable moments for families to cherish.
